We do not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, or job volume. Marketing and website systems improve response and process; outcomes depend on your service quality, market, and operations.
Previews and retainers
Preview sites may be offered at no upfront cost. Ongoing production hosting, automation, and improvement work are provided under separate monthly agreements. Cancelation and payment terms are stated in those agreements.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and copy are owned by Code Loopy or our licensors. Client deliverables are governed by the service agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape abusively, or submit malicious content through forms or email.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Loopy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Client work liability is limited as set out in the service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
